Resilient Batanes, through the eyes of a visitor

Imagine being inside ground zero of a super typhoon and experience the howling winds and incessant rain.

Photographer Jay Jay Lucas, owner of Chestknots Studios, was in Basco, Batanes for a pre-nuptial photo shoot. When the trip was being planned several weeks ago, he never thought he will be caught practically in the eye of the storm.
